Why am I hungry?!

You probably often experience moments when you eat 5th sandwich but still feel hunger? That definitely won't help you loose some weight. But I have a solution... 


I do not wanna make you bored of too much information. I know you are hungry now and don't know what to do, so quickly read my tips below!

WHY?
Firstly, think of your last meal... Don't be shocked that you are hungry again if the last thing that you ate were cookies, or corn cereals, or sweet roll, or a sandwich... Also, pay attention on the amount of water you drink. The best option is to drink about 2 liters of MINERAL water.If you feel this weird sound from your stomach maybe he needs some drink? Try a glass of magical water then!
But sometimes it's problem of the sufficient income of different vitamins or minerals... All you need to remember:

To satisfy your dear tummy, you need to give him a lot of PROTEIN. Protein makes you not feel hungry for much longer than fat or carbohydrates. Add some protein to every meal! The best source of it? Definitely: chicken meat, natural yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese!


Do not forget about FIBER! (beans, soy, broccoli)
and the most important thing...Because of fiber the amount of food in your liver is growing like a sponge. Why is it so important? You will eat less and for longer you will feel "full".

What is more and also very very good to practice is to add ZINC to your diet! Zinc tells awesome lies to your brain saying "Oh, no! You are not hungry. It's not time for a meal yet." "Eat later". Lovely zinc, but where we can find him? In beef, spinach or (what is the most easiest to apply) in onion!

Well, I believe you are not "starving" right now. You need just some good tricks to do not eat too much...

GOLDEN RULES



Significant rules and... one, two, three... LET'S START! Stick to them to see your life changing. Look at their full description below... 



  1. Remember: YOU ARE NOT ON DIET. Write off the word „diet” of your vocabulary. Why it is so important? Simple answer. People define this word as something that involves a lot of sacrifice, effort and pain. Who likes such feeling? Nobody... So you see, unconsciously but that's true that the word diet provokes negative thoughts in your mind. You don't even realize that. Do yourself a favor and don't say or even think you're on diet. If you do, just jump on the skipping rope in case to forget about this terrible and unfair word.
  2. STOP TELLING THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO LOOSE WEIGHT, CHANGE EATING HABITS. Work hard in silence and let your success make the tremendous noise.
  3. Don't provide a „notebook” or diary. You are not on a diet, right? It's just your new eating habits. 
  4. Find your own way of motivation. It may be „taking a photo of your stomach” or trying on the clothes you want to look better in (jeans blouse, pants, strings whatever that is important for you).
  5. Weight yourself and look how lighter you become every time you stand on the scale. (Watch out. Don't panic if you are training, and you see more pounds. It is probably the weight of your muscles. Take a day off, stop working out for a day, go on the scale and voila!
  6. STOP COUNTING DAYS! Some psychologists claim that when you make some kind of calendar you become more motivated. You know what? I never do. I become even more hungry and lazy and as the result I put on weight and get depressed (coz I know I didn't manage to achieve the goal). It's not a diet, it's your new life so what for you have to count days? 
  7. Do NOT DRINK CALORIES! - it's commonly known that you should avoid adding sugar to tea or be as far away as possible from coke and other sparkling drinks. However, you also need to remember that a cup of milk (which is supposed to be healthy...) also contains (about 150) calories and yes, such calories also count...
  8. Let the training be your habit!. Just remember, every single day do 30 minutes (yes, it is minimum, ofc you can do more if you wish) of ANY psychical activity. It can be a routine from the net, cycling, fast walk, or just stretching. No matter what. Just thirty minutes. You don't have to follow any schedule. Take your time, you will see that after 2 or 3 weeks, you will be addicted to half an hour physical activity.
  9. Treat a SNACK AS A MEAL! This is one of the key rules of such loosing way... When you actually eat something unhealthy (cookie or plenty of cookies, you drink coke or whatever) don't forget that they also contain calories... Treat them as a dinner or supper, and of course wait 3 hours until next meal ← i bet that in time you will not eat them. Why? Coz you will be hungry. You don't wanna feel hunger so instead of a muffin you will choose a yogurt (great source of protein).
  10. Don't drink after a meal. Don't interrupt while your liver is trying to digest. Wait 30 – 40 minutes and enjoy the glass of water or tea. 
  11. Always choose the activity which requires MORE EFFORT. (elevator -> stairs). This habit will help you also with struggling with everyday house chords. You are tired but you know you should do ironing. What do you do? Jump outta the bed and start ironing. During tidying, when you have to put some things in the right place, put them one by one; why? You will do more movement.
  12. EAT BREAKFAST. - even small one, but never forget about it. It can be just a slice of bread with some ham, but remember! In the time of an hour after you wake up you need to eat a meal. You can skip supper but breakfast never.
  13. Avoid public popular gyms... Sounds weird? Well, as you probably noticed ''healthy lifestyle” became popular. Be aware that majority of people go to the gym just because they follow their friends or they want to be modern. Gym is okay, but when you go there alone and focus on your work. I never go to the gym. It's a waste of money and.. time...
  14. Thank for everyday. Thankfulness is one of the best things in our world. Don not forget about it...

stop thinking, just do it!

Isn't it true that very often we just sit thinking about "what if...?"


Well, you need to get rid of this terrible habit. When you feel you don't fancy working out and you cannot make your mind whether to do the exercises or take a day of break THE FIRST THING you have to do is to START the workout! 

No excuses, my dear, I remind you that you  are living way much different and now you CAN'T live without 30 minutes of physical activity...

Food Lover On Diet - FLOD sneak peek

I really love food.
I can't imagine my life without hanging out at McDonald's at 2a.m.
Sometimes a bar of chocolate isn't enough..
I am young and I like to have a drink (or four) at the party.
I truly hate do jogging.



but...

I want to look like all these freaking beautiful, skinny girls on the net...

Did I present a description of YOU? Yes?! Can you really identify with these sentences?! Well... It's your lucky day that you found me... 

I am also a food lover
I love cookies and Bic Macs with McFlurry. I also find it so annoying to jog and... I think I am addicted to strawberry chocolate...

But you know what? I lost over 33 pounds...
 "But how? You said you don't like running, you love fast foods..." 
Yes, everything is right. I needed only some tricks and... 8 months. 
And what I need now is to repeat this teeny tiny achievement. Do you want to join me? I bet you won't regret.
